Adapted game to favor possession, ball conservation, switch the game to the other areas, finding third man. Defensively it will help to balance the defenders by using triangle shaped to avoid through passes between lines.
It will be played in a space of 40x20m, with the goal in the middle delimiting two zones. We will create 2 teams of 6 players each, 3 of them play on the left side and another 3 on the right side, turning both zones in a 3v3. It will start playing up to 3 touches (TC from now on) in series of 5’min. We will award through passes between defenders finding third man in the opposite area, shooting to the goalkeeper.
At the time the team get 5 TC (Touches) between them, they may shoot at goal or change direction to the other zone, to try to score.
- Normal Gol: 1 punto
- Switch to other area and Gol by shooting: 2 puntos
The team which steal the ball should move it to the Coach located in the middle zone (the other team try to avoid it), pretending that we are in a real game and encouraging pattern that when there is steal in our half pitch we must move the ball away from the pressure by passing the ball to the sides. The coach will give the ball to the other square to start the team that has stolen the ball.
