This exercise is created to improve mental agility by first touch passes, reaction and execution speed and concentration.
In a space that we consider appropriated depending on the players that we have, 40x30m in this case, will distribute cones evenly spaced each other. In each cone there will be a player. This player has to hit the ball in the first touch to do a pass to his team mate. The players that keep the possession are not allowed to move from the cone, he needs to stay there.
During series of 2 minutes, 2 players try to steal the ball as many times as possible. Players located in the cons should think before they receive the ball and find a free player in a good passing line, because they have only one touch.
We will insist to stay 100% concentrated, thinking where my colleagues are constantly, and communicate between them to alert them and help them. Besides in the agility and mental speed, execution speed and accuracy on the pass.

Variants:
