This exercise is oriented to the development of ball possession by permutes, creating spaces, generating a correct occupation of them and promoting the conservation of the ball in amplitude through rules that force the player to play from one side to the other.
We delimit a square space of 25x25m. Always taking into account the number of players that we have and fulfilling the premise that it is better to start with a wide field to reduce it if necessary and not the other way around. We also delimit with 3 cones each corner of the square as indicated in the drawing.
It is ideal for 10 players. We create two groups, blue and red. In the Blue team 3 players will play inside and 2 other players will be placed in opposite corners. The Red team does the same.
We will start 2 series of 2′ minutes with players static in corners, this means that they can not move from the corner and will have 2 TQs (maximum). Inner players must maintain possession and have a maximum of 3TQ. Once the first series is finished we will exchange the players. Those who were inside go to the corners and viceversa, and doing the next serie of 2 minutes.
The coach should add a lot of intensity so that the exercise is done correctly and work well. Physically we will work the intermittent anaerobic non lactic resistance because there is rest when the players are in the corners.
We will make two more series of more time, 4 ‘min each, since the pattern is added in which when an inner player makes a pass to a player that is in the corner, they must be permute and exchange positions. That is, the player that is in the interior goes to be a static player in the corner and viceversa. The player that receives in the corner will have 3 TQ to leave the zone and continue possession. The player who did the passed to him occupies his position.
We will add a variant to instill the concept of carrying the ball across the game. When there is a permute with a player from a corner, that corner is blocked, it is disabled until we take the ball playing at the other corner, at which point it will be enabled again.
We will insist on the rational occupation of spaces without overlapping pass lines and disabling a partner for it.
(Time, space, number of players, etc … are indicative. They should be modified according to the resources we have depending on players availability)

Variants:
- Touches limitation for all players.
- Add players to the inside.
- Add jokers to the inside.
- Block corners to take the ball to the other side.
- Make the rule to pass with the less skilled leg, we must increase the TQ allowed to be able to carry out.
Laterality:
Remind them to control with the farthest leg to foment the game from side to side and work the laterality.
Main target:
Improvement of the conservation and occupation of spaces, practice of positions exchanges, search of the 3rd man, overcome pressing lines.

The supports, generate pass lines, improved control and pass.
